Cauliflowers

Grown in the northern Adelaide plains, this vegetable does not have to travel far before landing on the plates of metro Adelaide families. We grow some amazing cauliflower in South Australia and now is a great time to add it to the menu. If you have never tried cauliflower mash – you will be surprised how great a substitute or change this is from the standard potato staple. Mash up the cauliflower and add some olive oil, salt and pepper and let your tastebuds enjoy!
